New! Availity Essentials Claim Denial Messaging Enhancement

Provider feedback from last year’s satisfaction survey is helping us to make Availity Essentials enhancements that are critical in the daily work of provider offices. For example, starting mid-August, you’ll see improved messaging for our top denial reasons. We’ve made the messaging easier to understand to save you time and not have to call for an explanation.

Going forward, if you see a denial code where the message isn’t clear, we encourage you to use the PremeraLISTENS link to give us your suggested changes. You’ll find PremeraLISTENS on the Premera provider homepage and on the Availity payer space under News/Announcements and Resources.

  • Claim status (see claim status from end-to-end and know if action is needed)
  • Claim attachments
  • Claim corrections
  • Standard fee schedules
  • Deluxe remittance viewer
