Zero to 24-month Well Child Member Outreach

Throughout 2024, the Premera Member Engagement Team will continue to send informational mailings to the parents and/or guardians of babies from 0 to 24 month, to ensure they keep on track with vaccines and well child checkups.

Guardians are provided a visual calendar outlining each vaccine the child will need and the timeline for when the child should receive it.
