Well-Child Member Outreach for Babies Up To 24 Months

Throughout 2024, the Premera member engagement team will mail information to the parents/guardians of babies ages 0 to 24 months, to ensure they stay on track with vaccines and well-child checkups.

Parents/guardians will receive a visual calendar outlining each vaccine the child needs and the ideal timing to receive the vaccine.
