Well-Child Checkup Outreach in April

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommends that babies have at least 6 check-ups with their primary care provider by the age of 15 months. The AAP also recommends that children aged two and older see their doctor annually. View the tip sheet for information about patient claims and tips for success.

The parents or guardians of eligible members will receive the following:

  • Growth chart for ages 1 to 3 months old
  • Informational mailer 4 months to 11 years old

All mailings have relevant, age-appropriate information including:

  • Recommended vaccine schedule
  • Key milestones
  • Anticipatory guidance
  • How to find a primary care provider
