Members in Washington will receive one of the following communications in June 2024:

2. A scorecard for Diabetic HbA1c Testing

• The scorecard has personalized messaging. If members have not received a test, more information about it will be printed, likewise, if members have received a screening or test, a quick “congratulations” message will be printed.
