Premera Blue Cross Network Changes
November 7, 2024
Premera Blue Cross Tahoma and Tahoma Dental Choice networks will sunset on December 1, 2024. These networks were created to support our Peak Care product available in Spokane, Pierce, and Thurston Counties. Our Peak Care product will also be discontinued
on December 1.
Provider agreements will not be updated at this time.
