Overpayment Notifications

Starting January 1, 2025, we’re updating the overpayment threshold for sending a refund request letter from $25 to $50. This means we’ll send a refund request letter if the overpayment is $50 or more.

For overpayments under $50, you can still submit your refund along with the reason and any supporting documents. These funds will be processed as usual.

Key changes:

• The overpayment notification form will be updated to reflect the new threshold. It will also provide information on options for requesting a voucher deduction and details on when letters will be sent with the notification of the overpayment amount.
• The standard provider letter for refunds will be updated to show the new $50 threshold.
