Online Provider Reviews and Ratings Now Available

We recently began adding provider reviews and ratings from our member PremeraLISTENS surveys to the Find a Doctor tool. PremeraLISTENS collects feedback from members about their visit with their healthcare provider. Through this survey, we asked members to rate their provider (1-5 stars) and leave a review. With the member’s consent, they’re added to the tool.

Last month, we added 13,200 ratings and 6,000 reviews. By the end of 2024 we expect to add more than 30,000 provider ratings and over 14,000 provider reviews.

Provider reviews and ratings are important tools that help members select the right provider for their healthcare needs.
