New Provider Feedback Tool is Now Available to All Providers

We value the relationships we have with our providers. That’s why we wanted to let you know that we’ve launched a new provider survey tool where you can give feedback at any time. You’ll find the survey in the far-right column on the Premera Blue Cross HMO provider page:

We’re ready to listen and we encourage you to give feedback whenever necessary. The information you share in the survey is used to improve performance and the services we offer. We also hope that this will create an open channel of communication and give us the opportunity to improve throughout the year.
