Important Updates for Medicare Advantage Claims

While we no longer offer Premera Blue Cross Medicare Advantage (MA) plans, we’ll continue to support you throughout 2025. However, please be aware of changes that will be effective on July 1, 2025.

  • Access to MA secure tools on our provider website will end. Starting July 1, 2025, you’ll need to contact customer service at 888-850-8525 for information about any outstanding claims or payments.
  • Electronic payment will no longer be available. All payments will be paper checks.
  • Explanation of payments (EOPs) will switch to paper and be mailed to you.

For faster processing, please submit any claims for Premera Medicare Advantage members as soon as possible.

Premera Medicare Supplement plans aren’t affected by these changes. For member questions, contact customer service at 888-850-8526.
