Premera Network Changes Coming in 2027
New Networks to Support Health Care Authority Programs
We’re adding 2 networks in 2027:
- HCA Glacier: Available in all Washington counties except Clark County.
- HCA Clearwater HMO: Available in King, Pierce, Snohomish, Spokane, and Thurston counties
The new medical networks will serve members in the Health Care Authority (HCA) School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) and Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) programs.
Today, Premera serves SEBB members—Washington K-12 school employees and their families. In Eastern Washington, Regence PEBB and SEBB members will access care through the HCA Glacier network.
Your network participation now includes the following:
- If your contract includes the Heritage Prime network, you’ve been added to the HCA Glacier network.
- If your contract includes the Sherwood HMO network, you’ve been added to the HCA Clearwater HMO network.
Providers added to these networks were notified.
