Corrected 1099‑MISC Forms Coming Soon

Premera Blue Cross mailed Internal Revenue Service (IRS) 1099-MISC forms to some providers with the wrong tax-year information. The forms include data for 2024 instead of the required 2025 information.

Our Next Steps

• Corrected forms start mailing to providers starting February 6 and will be clearly marked as corrected.
• If you received payments from us in 2025 and have not yet received your 1099‑MISC form, yours will arrive in the corrected batch.
• If you only received payments for services to Federal Employee Program (FEP) members, your form is already accurate, and no corrected version will be sent.
