Medicare Advantage Single Sign-On Through OneHealthPort Changing on January 22

Starting January 22, 2025, you’ll need to sign in directly to Advantasure from our Medicare Advantage home page to access secure online tools. Secure sign-in will no longer be through OneHealthPort.

Even though our Medicare Advantage plans ended on December 31, 2024, we’ll continue to support you throughout 2025.

• Customer service medical and dental contact information and claims/billing remain the same throughout 2025.
• Access to secure online tools remains available for medical services only directly through Advantasure until June 30, 2025.
